A degree-seeking student who is currently enrolled in the M.Ed./Library and Information Technology concentration (LIT) program at VCSU; A student who has successfully completed a total of nine or more credits in the program; Maintains a 3.5 GPA or higher and
Selected by the Graduate Council member representing the Library and Information Technology (LIT) concentration. [The Council representative may confer with graduate faculty who teach in the LIT concentration in making the decision]. Appropriate officials in the Office Graduate Studies and Research along with the Office of Financial Aid at Valley City State University will select the recipient according to university procedures.
