A degree-seeking student who is currently enrolled in the M.Ed./Library and Information Technology concentration (LIT) program at VCSU; A student who has successfully completed a total of nine or more credits in the program; Maintains a 3.5 GPA or higher and
Selected by the the Dean for Graduate Studies & Extended Learning along with the VCSU Graduate Council. If there are no Master of Education with Library & Information Technology concentration students eligible, the scholarship will be awarded to a student in the Master of Education or Master of Arts in Teaching programs at VCSU selected by the Dean of Graduate Studies & Extended Learning along with the VCSU Graduate Council. Appropriate officials in the Office of Graduate Studies & Extended Learning along with the Office of Financial Aid at Valley City State University will select the recipient according to University Procedures.
