Stuart W. Higginbotham Scholarship

The scholarship will be awarded annually to a full time students in their junior year who is majoring in the areas of Business Management and Art. The students must demonstrate leadership either on campus or in their community. Appropriate officials in the Office of Financial Aid at Valley City State University will select the recipient according to university procedures and recommendations.
