Jerry and Marie Topp Scholarship

The scholarship is intended for an upperclassman with a 3.0 or better grade point average majoring in Business. Recipient must be a North Dakota resident. If a Business major is not eligible then second preference would be given to general education. Appropriate officials in the Office of Financial Aid at Valley City State University will select the recipient according to university procedures.
