Laurence and Cecilia Kipp Librarian Education Scholarship

Candidates for this prestigious award shall be enrolled in the Masters of Education program seeking a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Library and Information Technology and have completed a minimum of 14 credits at an above-average academic standing. If candidates are not available from the Master’s program, a candidate may be selected from eligible students who have declared a library minor in the undergraduate program at VCSU and have successfully completed a minimum of 9 credits. The recipient will be selected by the VCSU Graduate Council and reviewed for eligibility by the Office of Financial Aid.
