Stephanie Dockter Memorial Scholarship

Preference will be given to children of the 581 postal employees and graduates of either Streeter-Gackle, ND or Barnesville, MN, high schools. In the event that there are no candidates from these respective high schools, the scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of VCSU. The scholarship may be renewed for more than one year, and shall be awarded to a student who has demonstrated financial need.
