Alpha Dekrey Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is intended for an upper-level Elementary Education student with a 3.0 or higher. This scholarship can be renewable. Appropriate officials in the Office of Financial Aid at Valley City State University will select the recipient according to university procedures.
