Carole and Mark Richman Scholarship Fund

This scholarship will be awarded to a Junior or Senior, who maintains at least a 3.0 grade point average and has financial need. Appropriate officials in the Office of Financial Aid at Valley City State University will select the recipient according to university procedures.
